YOU ARE KINDLY ASKED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING AND PARTS CONNECTING, E.G. SYSTEM FOR DISINFECTION, SENSORS.
- BEFORE EMBEDDING THE BATHTUB, PERFORM COLD RUN – CHECK THE SEALINGS, BOLTS, TIGHTEN THE BOLTS (THE BOLTS MAY GET LOOSE DURING THE TRANSPORTATION).

CURRENT SUPPLY MUST BE NECESSARILY ESTABLISHED THROUGH SWITCHES.

SHOULD SERVICING OF THE PRODUCT BE REQUIRED, ORDINAL NUMBER AND THE DATE OF THE ACCOUNT MUST BE STATED.

Mounting works are only allowed to be performed by a qualified person.

Bathtubs system is delivered as a complete assembly that can be connected to the air bubble system .

Before delivery, all bathtubs are checked at our location for functionality and leakages.

In order to put the air bubble system into function, a separate connection for cold water (3/4 inch) must be directly connected to the disinfection system .
It is necessary to pay attention to the maximal water pressure that must not exceed 3 bars. If water pressure exceeds 3 bars, it is necessary to install an appropriate pressure-reducing valve in front of the connection for cold water on disinfection system.

Put the equipment into operation when the bathtub is stationed and built in.

Do not hold the hose when lifting the air bubble system during the transportation or mounting.

In case of hydro jet system: switch on the pump to work for about 15 minutes

n case of hydro – air jet system: switch on the pump and the blower to work simultaneously for about 15 minutes

The bathtub must be secured from electric shock by an electric switch FI-30 mA.
- The bathtub must have its own grounding outlet.
- The apparatus must have an installed multipole switch (separating point at least 3 mm).
- Potential equalization must be done at an appropriate point.
- All pieces of equipment, the conductors of electricity, must be installed in such a way that they do not fall into the water..
- Installation must be mounted in such a way that there is no contact between the user and the parts powered by electricity.
- IP X5 must protect all electric parts mounted below the top edge of the bathtub from radiation. Sockets and inserts must be appropriate.
- It is necessary to connect the system bathtub to a grounded socket! Connection wires must be neatly and tightly clamped.
- The parts of the apparatus, which are under voltage, must be separated from the installation place below the bathtub at least 20 mm.

Check the bolts for sealing, and tighten them up manually (WARNING: The bolts may get loose during the transportation).
The product should be checked for possible damages and defects before the mounting. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING:
Place the bathtub system in such a way that it does not sway, but sits horizontally. Make sure that the bathtub sits firmly and that its parts do not have direct contact with the wall.
It is recommendable that the distance between the wall and the parts should be from 3-5 mm. The gap between the bathtub and the wall should be filled in with some waterproof material (such as sanitary silicon); this will prevent vibration transfer, which could further lead to the development of unpleasant noise.
The parts of the bathtub must not be covered with mortar.

WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE
Installation of water systems is allowed to be done only by an authorized professional, and pursuant to legal regulations.
INSPECTION OPENINGS
The following measures must be followed: from 40 x 40 cm (for salt-table and motor) and 25 x 25 for supply, that is drainage system.
Too small inspection openings may affect the warranty, since the warranty refers only to our product.

Air jet system is equipped with a blower and next to this blower a ventilation grid should be installed, 20 x 5 cm in dimension.
If there is no ventilation grid, the blower will stop working after a short period of time since air supply is insufficient.
A NOTE REFERRING TO ELECTRONIC DESINFECTION APPARATUS
Pursuant to It. DIN 1988, it is necessary to install interruption of hoses in hydro massage system with drain-overflow and supply and/or complete electronic disinfection.
This rule does not apply to the disinfection system with pneumatic control.

Electrical connection is allowed to be established only by a qualified and authorized professional. All legal regulations must be followed.

During maintenance activities, exchange of parts, or inspection of pieces of equipment, the main switch must disconnect power supply and the whole system checked for voltage.

ELECTRO CONNECTION:
Electro connection (in the socket), which is marked, connects to the clamps L, N and ERDE. Flexible cable 3 x 1.5 mm 2 is used for electro-connection.
Potential equalization must be done on the electric system (yellow-green wire at the bottom of the pump).
230 V AC voltages start up the motor. All drive parts that move the system, which are required and which are within the area of contact voltage, e.g. submerged reflector, are driven by safety low voltage of 24 V.
Not following of the abovementioned instructions for mounting can cause serious injuries by eclectic shock. Should this be the case, the warranty is no longer valid, nor is the producer legally

In order to maintain hygienic conditions of your bathtub, we recommend our disinfection solution.
Application:
After every bath, or at least once a month, pour one cupful of disinfection solution into the bath-tub filled with water without switching the system on for about 5min. Drain the bath-tub after this and rinse it with fresh water.
