INSTRUCTIONS FOR VENDORS

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

In order to improve communication between us as a producer, and you as a vendor, we would like to present some of the major characteristics of our product that will facilitate your sale. Our mutual aim is to spread the market of acrylic bathtubs, and have our final customer better informed .

In the beginning, it is of importance to mention that we produce bathtubs of cast sanitary acryl, which is the most qualitative material for the production of sanitary ware.

Acrylic board has along its entire thickness an inner luster. Should the damage (deep scratches or stains from fire) be incurred on lustrous or matt surfaces, the same can be eliminated by fine “hydro” sandpaper, whereas a polishing paste can regain the initial luster. You can read more about this issue in the instruction for maintenance.

Comparing with other bathtubs, the acrylic bathtubs do not lose their luster with the time. Acrylic bathtubs preserve the luster over the years of usage, since sanitary acryl does not allow settlement of bacteria, which create matt surface on the bathtub.

Acrylic bathtubs are thermo stable and they have good insulating features. They keep the high water temperature for a long time and are comfortable for the human body. From the ecological point of view, these bathtubs are regarded as healthy.

Owing to its molecular structure, the bathtubs from cast sanitary acryl are absolutely flat without any sliding surfaces. This characteristic can easily and practically be proven to the customer.

Maintenance of our bathtubs is a rest for every housewife. After a bath, the bathtub is to be wiped with a wet cloth. Further information about maintenance of the bathtubs is given in the instructions for maintenance.

Note: Do not use rough means for cleaning..

Our quality is further proved by the results of the tests in which acrylic bathtubs were compared with the bathtubs made from other materials:

.

TEST 1 - hot – cold

Powerful water pumps made rapid changes in water temperature in the bathtub. The temperature range of cold water was between 0 to 13 ° C, whereas the temperature of hot water was 85 ° C . The bathtub made of PMMA material (polymethylmethacrylat) endured 85 changes in water temperature, the result of which was deformity. The acrylic bathtub was exposed to 2000 changes in water temperature and the testing was stopped since there were absolutely no deformities in the material!

TEST 2 - Hardness test

PMMA bathtub, acrylic bathtub and cast bronze bathtub were compared in this test. A metal ball weighing 75 g was dropped from 1.2 m to fall freely onto the bottom of the bathtub.

The following changes in the material were noticed by the laboratory examination:

PMMA bathtub – the bottom was damaged (broken).
Cast bronze bathtub – enamel started to fall off.
Acrylic bathtub – no changes in the material were noticed

Finally, as proof of the quality of our product, we submit to you the Certificate of the German Engineering Office, Karl Beiss, on compliance with the European standards in this branch. This certificate enables us to export our products in EU and be equal competitors with other producers.

Acryl is under a twenty-year warranty. The system is under one-year warranty (provided that it is properly installed and maintained).

All information referring to our products can be obtained by phone as well. It will be of our great pleasure to introduce the acryl product into our region together with you.
